We've streamlined our finance application process, making it more user-friendly for our dealers and their customers, with payments processing quicker than before.
Here's what's new: Effective immediately, the following changes apply:
- Payslips: For some customers, only one recent payslip is now required.
- Proof of address: Customers can now submit proof of address dated up to six months.
- Existing customers PPSN: No need to resubmit; existing documentation on file is sufficient.
Same-day payout in 2025:
We strive to process all your deals on the first submission, minimizing the need for case referrals provided documentations are submitted correctly. We recommend submitting all documentation in a single payout pack*, which should include: invoices, signed documents, proofs (AML/income/PPSN), and any additional requested documents. There's no need to send proofs separately before the payout pack; they should be included together.
*For Japanese imports, invoices and VRT certificates can be pre-reviewed before final submission.
Our commitment is to process your agreements on the same day, provided we receive your complete payout pack by 1pm. Submissions after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
