We value feedback, so in August, we commissioned Ipsos B&A to gather authentic insights for us. The feedback provided was highly valuable, and we would like to share the key points with you. The research summary was really positive; “Close Brothers Motor Finance stands out on flexibility, unique offerings, likelihood to approve finance requests, proactive and helpful staff, and strong customer service.”

Brand awareness and overall satisfaction

Our brand demonstrated significant spontaneous awareness, with nearly 80% of dealers recognising the Close Brothers Motor Finance name. We were identified by 18% of dealers as the first brand that came to mind for motor finance.

Overall, 74% of our dealers were very satisfied working with us. Additionally, 38% expressed a high likelihood of using Close Brothers Motor Finance as their preferred motor finance provider in the future.

Dealers are highly satisfied with their account managers' personalised service. They value the excellent customer service, quick approvals, and the simple, flexible motor finance application process.

The feedback is positive and we’re just beginning the journey with our dealer partners, and lot more to come.

Dealers were quoted saying - “Turnaround time on applications is excellent” and “The sales reps are very easy to contact, proactive and helpful"
