What do I do if I am not satisfied with the service I have received?

While we pride ourselves on our customer service, if you are not satisfied, you are free to make a complaint either by:

Calling us on 01 644 8900 explaining that you wish to make a complaint. Our Customer Service agent will take note of all circumstances and refer your complaint to our Complaints team for investigation.


Writing to us at Close Brothers Motor Finance (Ireland) DAC, Unit 18 Northwood House, Northwood Business Campus, Santry, Dublin 9. The complaint will be referred to our Complaints team for investigation.
